A WaxFactory (New York) + PreGlej (Ljubljana, Slovenia) collaboration, REDEYE was the first ever playwriting exchange between Slovenia and the United States.
 
The Slovenian writers were in residence in New York for a series of readings of their plays which were hosted by the Martin E. Segal Theatre Center and the New York Theatre Workshop as a part of the European Dream Festival.
 
The American counter parts traveled to Ljubljana for a two-month residency with their works presented in translation at Glej Teater in Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital city.
